One of the things I really wanted to do while we were in New York was go to a Broadway Play. So Eric promised me that he would try to take me to one. The hotel we were staying at was in New Jersey, next to the Newark airport. Everyday we road on the New Jersey Transit into Penn Station. It worked pretty well. I must say we got pretty used to it. I know people were a little worried when Penn Station was shut down because suspicious package, but it wasn't really that big a deal. We did see a few army guys with Machine guns in Penn Station, just keeping an eye on things. The train was $14 per person each way, but even with that cost it was cheaper than the hotels in Manhattan.
