In Lower Manhattan, in the heart of the financial district is the New York Stock Exchange. Eric & I were walking by as it was letting out on Monday. As you can tell by the picture of the cops, there is still a large amount of security in that area. There were actually roads clocks and everything. I think that only authorized personal can drive in that area.
